Hey, I’m Nicole — the Executive Content Creator at Day of Bestie! I graduated from LSU with a degree in Mass Communication and a focus in PR. As a 2024 bride, I discovered my love for wedding content creation while planning my own wedding, and I turned that passion into a career! I work in social media full time and I never miss a good tik-tok trend. I am excited to bring creativity, strategy, and personaility to the DOB team!

I joined Day of Bestie in March 2024 after responding to Alexis’s Instagram story looking for second shooters—and I’ve loved every minute since! What I cherish most is playing a small role in people’s biggest moments: capturing the quiet magic of wedding days, engagements, vows, baby showers, and all the beautiful in-betweens, while connecting with amazing people and honoring each unique love story. When I’m not shooting with DOB, I’m busy practicing energy/natural resources law, teaching VersaClimber classes at ToneBR, spending time with family, or supporting local community initiatives.

I’ve been obsessed with the art of storytelling since I was a little kid — turning fleeting moments into memories that last forever. When I’m not shooting with DOB, I’m building my own social cinematography business, Shots by Schnell, where I create cinematic, vibe-filled content that feels real and timeless.

Hi, I'm Kaylen! I joined Day of Bestie in January 2025, bringing seven years of organizational expertise from my full-time role at LSU to help Alexis keep everything running smoothly. I handle emails, coordination, phone calls, and scheduling behind the scenes, while also jumping in to capture authentic wedding and event moments with my iPhone—focusing on the real, heartfelt stories unfolding. My wedding journey began in 2021 as a videographer, so this role feels like the perfect fit and my true passion. I'm happily married to Caleb, and we're proud parents to our two sweet kiddos, Sophia and Henry. Excited to help make your day magical—both organized and beautifully captured! ♥︎

My name is Kathryn DeVillier, and I joined Day of Bestie this year after DOB captured content for my wedding in May. I fell in love with the way they documented such a special day, and it instantly felt like something I wanted to be part of for other brides. I’m a 24-year-old soon-to-be first-time mom, dog lover, travel enthusiast, and hopeless wedding romantic. I’m based in Lafayette and so excited to be here!

I’m Jen! I’m a graduate student at Nicholls State University and a mom of 2. I work in youth outreach and advocacy during the week, and on weekends I capture the magic of love stories through wedding content creation. I’m all about connection, community, and celebrating people at every stage of life! My favorite part of a wedding day is the first kiss and walk back down the aisle, and I cannot survive a wedding day without a crispy fountain coke!
